EDM Festivals are a great way to let loose and simply have a good time with those sharing the experience with you. You can bring your friends with you, make new friends, curate new experiences, and be in the moment with the music that’s playing. Here are some of the best festivals to check out this year in your search for that special experience.

  • Electric Daisy Carnival – Las Vegas, NV

Electric Daisy Carnival is number one on this list because of the sheer size and overall experience of the event. EDC, as it’s so commonly referred to, brings in some of the industry’s biggest names like Tiësto, Afrojack, and Above & Beyond. EDC is all about positivity, love, creativity, and inclusivity. Diplo, Kaskade, Marshmello, Martin Garrix, Tiësto, and Zedd are among the headliners for the 2018 festival. EDC absolutely makes for a special event because it’s everyone coming together for one purpose: to have a good time.

  • Ultra Music Festival – Miami, FL

Ultra Music Festival in Miami is a festival like no other. Ultra brings in artists from all over the place that have such unique styles to provide a different experience each time the festival is held. This is an interesting festival in that it reveals it’s lineup in phases. While the festival is going to be held at the end of this month, the final phase of artists hasn’t been revealed quite yet. Azealia Banks, The Chainsmokers, and David Guetta are among the biggest names that have been released as part of the “phase one” reveal for the festival. An EDM festival in the beginning of Spring in Miami with artists that big? Sounds like a festival you don’t want to miss.

  • Electric Forest Festival – Rothbury, MI

Electric Forest Festival is so massive that it’s held over two weekends. The setting is “given away” in the title of the festival. It’s held in Rothbury, MI in the middle of the woods and it’s filled with fans of EDM setting up tents, creating within their new tent communities, and just being in the moment with the artists. Performing as headliners for both weekends are The String Cheese Incident, Bassnectar, Griz Live Band, Rüfüs du Sol, and Zhu.

  • Electric Zoo – New York City, NY

Electric Zoo is another great EDM festival to check off of your bucket list because it’s held in New York City at Randall’s Island Park. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the festival so they’ve promised to jam pack the lineup with talent that will make your experience one to never forget.

  • Imagine Festival – Atlanta, GA

Imagine Festival has made a name for itself in that it brings in talent of the biggest capacity to Atlanta. Last year’s festival featured Above & Beyond, deadmau5, Tiësto, and Datsik as headliners. With four different stages, there are different types of artists for everyone coming to the festival.
